The Turkish policy towards Armenia will not change. Turkish foreign minister Yasar Yakis told “525” Baku newspaper. In his words, Turkey comes for normal relations with all its neighbors and is not going to expand relations with Armenia. Yakis emphasized that Turkey would open the Armenian border only if it received Azerbaijan’s consent. In his turn Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev noted that Baku agreed to the opening of the Armenian-Turkish border only after the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
