ArmenPress: LINCY FOUNDATION TO HELP REPAIR HISTORICAL SITES

YEREVAN, JANUARY 7, ARMENPRESS: The US-based Lincy Foundation will provide funds for repair of a national architecture museum in Armenia’s resort town of Dilijan this year.
The director of the museum victor Harutunian estimated that the repair will require some $200,000. Chief of a government affiliated agency for maintenance of historical and cultural monuments Gagik Gyurjian said that the Lincy funds will also help to partly repair medieval Armenian temples in Zvartnots and Garni.
Also archeological sites in Erebuni, Karmir Blur and Shengavit will be reinforced and improved on Lincy funds.
