YEREVAN, December 20 (Noyan Tapan). According to the World Bank Yerevan Office, it isn’t excluded that the last “floating” tranche of SAC-4 worth $20 mln, the allocation of which the World Bank connects with the problem of privatization of distribution networks of Armenia, will arrive in Armenia till the end of this year. As for SAC-5 worth $40 mln, which is budgeted for 2003, negotiations of the World Bank mission with the Armenian government on the indicated program have entered the final stage now.
