ISTANBUL, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS: Senior football executives from 11 Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) member countries are meeting today in Turkish Istanbul to discuss the details of a football competition to be held among member countries in 2003 in Istanbul.
Armenia is represented at the two-day conference by the president of Armenian Football Federation Ruben Hayrapetian. The idea to hold such a competition came from a Turkish KalTrans Investment company.
