DECEMBER 13. Power cuts are possible in some Armenian regions on December 13 evening. A breakdown in the sections served of the “Vorotan 1” and “Shant” power lines caused a 250-megawatt energy deficit. The population would not have feel the consequences but for the scheduled preventive maintenance of the Armenian nuclear-power plant. The repair is under way. Energy supply is expected to be restored on December 14 night.
