Presidents of national football federations from 11 member countries of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC, Armenia, Russia, Greece, Bulgaria, Moldova, Albania, Georgia, Romania, Ukraine, turkey and Azerbaijan) will meet December 18-19 in Turkish Istanbul to look into possibilities of organizing a BSEC member countries’ football competition.
