The Democratic Leftwing party of Turkey will do its best to open borders with Armenia and Turkey as soon as possible. As reported by “Mediamax” agency referring to Turkish mass media, the party leader, Turkish Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit stated it in Kars. He expressed hope that as a result of the parliamentary elections in Turkey the Democratic Leftwing party would more actively be represented in the country government. Let us note that the entrepreneurs of Kars and other regions bordering with Armenia have repeatedly come out with calls on their country authorities to open the Armenian-Turkish border.
