Azeri President Heydar Aliyev has invited Turkish co-chair of the Armenian-Turkish business council Kaan Soyak to his meeting with Turkish entrepreneurs to be held in Istanbul today. As reported by K.Soyak, the invitation received from the Azeri embassy in Turkey was a surprise for him. Nevertheless, he intends to suggest the Azeri President to restore economic relations of Baku and Ankara with Yerevan, as well as mitigate his position on resumption of operation of Kars-Yerevan-Tbilisi-Baku railway. K.Soyak considers that such policy will help settle the Armenian-Azeri conflict.
