In January-August 2002 the average salary in Armenia made 25454 AMD which is by 10.9% more than in the same period of 2001. The information was provided to ARKA in the National Statistics’ Service of Armenia. The salary in budget organizations made 15609 AMD (which is by 9.4% more than in the same period in 2001), at non-budget organizations 34332 AMD (which is by 13.9% more than in 2001).
The financial income of the population of Armenia in January-August 2002 made 478303.7 million AMD and increased by 10.3% compared with the same period of 2001. In the same period the monetary expenses of the population of Armenia made 479352.7 million AMD, which is by 9.8% more than at the same period of 2001. ($1 – 581.92 AMD).
