A monument dedicated to Armenian-French friendship was unveiled in Chaville, France this week. Attending the unveiling ceremonies, were senators, delegates, mayors of various cities and representatives of the Armenian community. The national anthems of Armenia and France were played at the ceremonies, during which war veterans lowered battle flags.
