“Made in Armenia. EXPO – 2002” opened in Glendale. As reported by US sources, California governor Grey Davis and Armenian minister of trade and economic development Karen Chshmaritian were present at the opening ceremony. At the exposition to last 2 days US producers and consumers will be granted an opportunity to become familiar with the production of a number of Armenian economy branches, such as jewelry, processing, building, agriculture, and machine-tool construction. The opportunity of establishing partnership contacts between Armenian and US producers is not ruled out.
