Azerbaijan Embassy in Ankara reacted against news published in Turkish Daily News which reported an Azeri Newspaper 525th Gazet’s interviews with Noyan Soyak and Abbas Abdulla.
The embassy in a written statement indicated that the persons interviewed are active members of Armenian lobby and only mentioned opening borders but did not describe Armenia’s hostile behavior towards Turkey and Azerbaijan. The statement underlined that the Armenian lobby is trying to portray Turkey and Azerbaijan as guilty in an international arena and trying to create antagonism between them. The statement included that Turkey and Azerbaijan are one nation in two states and that such efforts to divide them will never succeed.
