Armenia is attentively monitoring developments concerning the
situation with lands belonging to the Armenian Patriarchate of
Jerusalem, the Armenian Foreign Ministry press secretary Dzyunik
Agadzhanyan said today.
According to Palestinian media reports, the Israeli army has occupied
territory in Bethlehem which belongs to the Armenian Patriarchate of
Jerusalem.
“At present we are working with the Israeli authorities to clarify via
diplomatic channels the ultimate goal of the Israeli military,” the
official representative of Armenia’s Foreign Ministry said.
