“Members of Germany’s Bundestag noted that international recognition of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 is one of the most important duties of the humanity,” the chairman of Armenian Country of Law party Arthur Baghdasarian told reporters on Friday.
Baghdasarian was last week in Germany to participate in discussions on Regulation of Civilian Crisis along with his counterparts from neighboring Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Baghdasarian quoted the chairman of Bundestag’s European Commission Mr. Vluger as saying that “it is my duty to do everything for the recognition of the Armenian genocide.”
