At the invitation of the USA Secretary of State Colin Powell, Armenia’s president Robert Kocharian left April 1 for the USA to continue the process of negotiations on the peaceful regulation of the Karabagh conflict, reported the president’s press office.
Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents will meet in Key West city, Florida April 3. The USA Secretary of State will take part in the opening of the negotiations.
Armenia’s president is accompanied by the foreign affairs minister Vartan Oskanian.
