An Armenian delegation, led by Defense Minister Serge Sarkisian left for a four day visit to Greece upon the invitation of Greece’s defense minister, on March 27.
The Armenian defense minister’s itinerary includes meetings with top military officials of Greece, as well as a meeting with Armenian students at Greece’s Land Forces Academy. A wide spectrum of issues, including cooperation in formation of a peace-keeping battalion in the armed forces of Armenia and military training are expected to be discussed in Greece.
