Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision according to which on November 30-December 4 Head of the Protocol Division of the Office of the Prime Minister Eduard Harutyunyan will be sent to the Russian Federation (Moscow) on a business trip in order to organize and conduct the Prime Minister’s visit.
