On the night of November 4-5, the relatively stable tension was maintained in all directions of the front line of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
The Artsakh Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am Thursday morning that the Azerbaijani armed forces have shown “activeness” especially in the eastern, southeastern, and southern directions.
Multiple attacks by the adversary were stopped by Defense Army units, and the adversary suffered heavy losses of manpower and military equipment.
The adversary—consisting of two attack teams—attempted to attack in the northern part, too, but this was detected on time by the Artsakh Defense Army units, and these two attack teams were neutralized.
During the day, the peaceful settlements of Artsakh continued to remain in the target zone of missile and artillery fire of the Azerbaijani army forces.
Attempts by the adversary forces to attack in the aforementioned directions continue at the moment.
The operational and tactical situation along the entire front line is overseen by the Artsakh Defense Army units.
