There is a positive change in the health condition of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) former Defense Minister, Lieutenant General, Hero of Artsakh Jalal Harutyunyan. Artsrun Hovhannisyan, a representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, stated about this during his press briefing on Wednesday night.
“According to my personally verified information, Jalal Harutyunyan has started breathing naturally as of yesterday; that is, they turned off the ventilator. Let’s hope that Mr. Harutyunyan will recover and get back on his feet very quickly,” Hovhannisyan added.
Jalal Harutyunyan was wounded in a combat position, and for that reason he was dismissed from the post of Artsakh Defense Minister and Defense Army Commander.
He was replaced by Mikayel Arzumanyan.
