Developments in Venezuela may hardly be described constitutional, but people are the ones to decide: Pashinyan

The developments in Venezuela resulted in fatalities unlike the ones that took place in Armenia in April-May 2018, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in Moscow today.

“The processes that took place in Armenia fully corresponded to the legislation and the Constitution while the relation of developments in Venezuela with that country’s constitution is unclear,” Pashinyan said.

“The first impression is that not everything proceeds in accordance with the Constitution. We will continue following to understand it. Nevertheless, the resolute voice belongs to the people. Self-willed decisions must be unacceptable first of all for the people,” Pashinyan concluded.
