On January 16, 2019, the new elected mayor of Jerusalem His Honor Mr. Moshe Leon visited the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem and met with His Beatitude Arch. Nourhan Manougian, the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem.
At the meeting His Beatitude congratulated His Honor and wished him success in his new position.
His Honor congratulated His Beatitude and the Armenian Community on the feasts of the New Year and Christmas.
Thereafter, His Beatitude and Mr. Leon discussed several issues concerning the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem and the Armenian Community.
