YEREVAN. – There has been no redistribution of the property after the revolution, and this refers to media field as well, PM Nikol Pashinyan said during his live broadcast on Facebook.
“I am very happy about it, and nothing will change in this position,” he said, adding that 90 percent of the media is controlled either by representatives of former authorities or the present opposition.
Pashinyan described this an “exclusive situation” as the authorities do not have either financial or information resources.
“Why am I talking about it? There is one reason. There is the so-called “republicanization” process in the media. What does it mean? They say there is no difference between these and former authorities. This is done to show that the changes that happened in Armenia were senseless, and nothing has changed. The focus of this campaign is my family and our political team,” Pashinyan said.
