Armenian government delegation attends EEU council session in Kazakhstan

A delegation led by Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan has taken part in the Eurasian Economic Union’s Council session in Astana, Kazakhstan.


According to an official press release by the Government, the participants addressed the EEU’s budget, and the common digital agenda. They discussed, among other things, the procedures of enacting the agreements on temporary trade with Iran, and the cooperation with the People’s Republic of China. The sides also considered the key trends of the Union’s activity.
The meeting agenda covered also cooperation in the economic sector, trade, space research, and a range of other areas. At the end, the participants approved the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council’s upcoming session agenda.
