French singer, baritone Jérémie Delvert arrived in Armenia, who became famous to the Armenian audience thanks to the performance of Armenian Waltz at the funeral service of Charles Aznavour.
“I am both very excited and grateful, since I received an official invitation from Armenia. I am very happy to be here, and will perform Armenian Waltz at the concert. I also apologize to all those Armenians who sent me messages. Sorry, I have no secretary, and I do not have time to answer everyone. In any case, I am grateful,” he told Armenian News- NEWS.am at Zvartnots International Airport on Saturday.
Delvert will take part in the concert dedicated to Sharl Aznavour which is scheduled for October 29-20.
The French singer has already noted that it had been challenge for him to perform the Armenian Waltz during the commemoration event devoted to the late Charles Aznavour.
