Three central bridges of Vilnius lit in national flag colours of Armenia

On the occasion of the 2800th anniversary of foundation of Yerevan, three central bridges of the Lithuania’s capital city Vilnius were lit in national colors of the Armenian flag.

The photos were shared on Twitter by Ambassador of Armenia Tigran Mkrtchyan.

“Vilnius celebrates Yerevan’s 2800th birthday in an exclusive manner, lighting its three central bridges in Armenia’s tricolor,” reads the tweet by the Ambassador. He also thanks Artūras Zuokas, the mayor of the capital city, for supporting the initiative.
