Leading Armenian chess player Elina Danielian has scored 6,5 points out of 9 to share the 5-11 positions at the 27th Open International Tournament of Kavala 2018 held in Greece last week.
The tournament brought together a total of 133 participants, including 12 grandmasters this year.
Meanwhile, Danielian showed the best performance among women and won a special award, the Chess Federation of Armenia told Panorama.am.
The Armenian GM also improved her personal ratings by five spots.
