There comes a time to acknowledge and thank for all the work and goodwill there is, especially for the little ones. Thousands of Armenians around the world give back to their homeland – financially, personal ties, advocacy, in-kind, soft skill exchange or innovation. Yet many efforts often go unnoticed.This fall, UNICEF Armenia country office is undertaking a comprehensive mapping of Armenia-Diaspora engagement for children. The purpose is twofold – foster deeper linkages for children and channel investment for greater results!

UNICEF Armenia has embarked on exploring the potential of the Armenian diaspora with the purpose of identifying and enhancing new ways of engagement, complementary to official development strategies, policies and practice.
In collaboration with the European Union Delegation to Armenia, UNICEF seeks to efficiently channel diaspora and migrants’ assistance for children, especially the vulnerable ones, to contribute to the development of child-oriented reforms in the country.
