Son günlerde, Fransız Parlamentosu’na sunduğunuz, Ermeni soykırımının inkarının cezalandırılmasını öngören yasa tasarısı nedeniyle, ırkçı-milliyetçi Türkler tarafından web sitenize yapılan saldırıyı ve şahsınıza ağır tehdit ve hakaretler yağdırıldığını çok büyük bir üzüntüyle öğrenmiş bulunuyoruz. İnsan Hakları Derneği, İstanbul Şubesi Irkçılık ve Ayrımcılığa Karşı Komisyon olarak size yapılan bu ırkçı, cinsiyetçi şiddet gösterisini ve nefret suçunu tüm dünya kamuoyu önünde protesto ediyor ve kınıyoruz.Bizler milliyetçilik ve ırkçılığın cinsiyetçilikle nasıl iç içe geçtiğini, nasıl birbirini doğurduğuna tanıklık eden bir coğrafyanın insan hakları savunucularıyız; bu yüzden size karşı işlenen bu suçu yakından tanıyor, size yapılanı kendimize yapılmış gibi kabul ediyor ve insan hakları ihlallerinin en ağırlarından biri olarak görüyoruz. Nous avons appris avec une grande tristesse l’attaque de votre site internet ainsi que les menaces et insultes accablantes proférées à votre égard par des turcs racistes et nationalistes en conséquence du projet de loi pénalisant la négation du génocide arménien que vous avez soumis au Parlement Français.
Nous, les membres de la Branche d’Istanbul de l’Association des Droits de l’Homme et la Commission contre le Racisme et les Discriminations, protestons et condamnons fermement devant le monde entier ce crime de haine ainsi que ces violentes manifestations racistes et sexistes perpétrées contre vous.
En tant que défenseurs des droits de l’homme dans une région du monde où nous sommes témoins des liens entrelacés qu’existent entre le nationalisme, le racisme et le sexisme, nous sommes conscients que l’un engendre l’autre. C’est pourquoi nous connaissons de près ce crime commis à votre encontre, nous le ressentons comme une atteinte effectuée à notre égard et nous considérons que c’est l’une des plus grandes violations des droits de l’Homme.
Nous estimons que la négation des crimes contre l’humanité comme celle du génocide signifie que l’on s’associe à ce crime, nous partageons profondément votre colère et nous nous joignons à vous avec nos sentiments les plus révoltés contre la violence à laquelle vous faites face pour avoir soumis le projet de loi en question.

Dear Ms. Valérie Boyer,
We have learned from the press with deepest regret that your website has been hacked and you have been receiving outrageous insults and threats from nationalist-racist Turks because of the bill criminalising denial of Armenian Genocide that you have proposed to the French Parliament
We, as the Committee Against Racism and Discrimination, at the Istanbul Branch of the Human Rights Association, Turkey, declare before the world that we condemn and protest this display of racist and sexist violence, and hate crime committed against you.
Being the human rights defenders of a country which has directly witnessed how closely intertwined are both nationalism and racism with sexist violence, we know very well the crime committed against you and consider it to be committed against ourselves.
Believing that denial of crimes against humanity such as genocide means accomplicity in the crime itself, we would like you to know that we stand by you and we deeply share your rightful indignation against this act of violence because of the bill you have prepared against the denial of genocide.
