Chairman of PACE on political issues, Abdulgadir Atesh, told AzerTaj correspondent: “We prefer dialogue concerning all issues. Azerbaijan upholds the same position”.
A. Atesh underlined that this dialogue is directed to create steady peace atmosphere within Euro Atlantic area, particularly, in region where Azerbaijan is situated. Accordingly to him, Committee holds that it is important to continue peace process on regulation of Nagorni Garabagh conflict based on dialogue. “With this purpose the meeting with representatives of both parties is planned, and we completely support this process”, head of PACE committee said. He also stressed that Azerbaijan is active in dialogue and PACE events. “However, unfortunately, Armenian part doesn’t join this meeting demonstrating partiality. And naturally participants of the meeting will negatively evaluate this step of Armenia”, Atesh underlined.
