NewBishops to be Ordained in Holy Etchmiadzin
On Sunday, November 19,His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, will ordain and consecratethree new bishops of the Armenian Church during the celebration of DivineLiturgy in the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.
Being elevated to theepiscopate are: Very Rev. Fr. Ararat Dz. Vardapet Kaltakjian, Dean of theMonasteries of the Mother See; Very Rev. Fr. Anushavan Vardapet Jamkotchian,Dean of the Theological Faculty of the Yerevan State University; and Very Rev.Fr. Markos Vardapet Hovhannisian, Locum Tenens of the Diocese of Gegharkunik.
Divine Liturgy isscheduled to commence at 10:30 A.M.
