CONCERT OF CHARLES AZNAVOUR AND OTHER FRENCH SINGERS TO HERALD THE BEGINNING OF YEAR OF ARMENIA IN FRANCE

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS: A concert of world-famous Armenian singer Charles Aznavour and a number of French singers will be held September 30 at Yerevan Republic Square to herald the beginning of the Year of Armenia in France.

An official from the “National Year,” a state non-commercial organization steering these events, told Armenpress that at present the list of the French singers is being specified. He said also a famous singer Patricia Kaas is most likely to sing in Yerevan.

In front of the stage seats will be placed for those who would like to watch the concert from a close range but they will have to pay from 40,000 to 120,000 drams for a ticket. The rest can watch the concert free.
