On the initiative of working group “Initiatives of Civil Society” a draft of the letter was confirmed by 50 public organizations, which is to be sent to Robert Kocharyan and benefactor Kirk Kirkoryan.
The main reason of writing the letter is to inform Mr. Kirkoryan about the stop of construction in the disaster zone. Residents of Gyumri will also ask Kirk Kirkoryan to continue the Lincy fund program on construction and building work in Gyumri. According to the letter 45-50 mln. dollars are necessary for realization of the program. It’s already 2 years that no building program has been carried out in Gyumri as state budget and Lincy fund do not finance them.
