YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 13, ARMENPRESS: Another meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents at Rambouillet Castle outside Paris on February 10 and 11 failed to reach a comprehensive agreement on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. During two days of talks, President Robert Kocharian of Armenia and his Azeri counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, came no closer to resolving their differences over the future status of the enclave, according to a joint statement issued by French, American and Russian mediators.
