Heavy Snowfall In Armenia To Stop In The Evening: Armenian WeatherForecasters

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 4. ARMINFO. The heavy snowfall in Armenia caused by
the Mediterranean cyclone will stop by the evening and the temperature
will fall to 10 degrees by Celsius already on February 5. The sunny
and cold weather will last till February 8. Then the same cyclone
will lead to precipitation again. The weather forecaster on duty at
the company "Armhydromet" Nadezhda Babayan informed ARMINFO.

In the meantime, the Yerevan Municipality Department for Environment
Beautification told ARMINFO that discussions and consultations
on liquidation of snow from roads and highways in the country are
underway at the Municipality.

"Armavia" airline told ARMINFO that the international airport
"Zvartnots" is operating despite the snowfall and the flights are
delayed only for some 20-30 minutes.
