“Naturally, taking into account strategic partnership between our countries, Armenian party would like the issue to be settled in a simpler way. At the same time as relationships between Russia and Armenia are viewed as strategic and do not restrict to cooperation in the energy field I do not think it is worthy speaking of the priorities’ reconsideration,” stated RA President’s press secretary Victor Soghomonyan in the course of a press conference January 24.
“As for energetic, we will have to reconsider some issues and priorities. However, I repeat that strategic partnership between Armenia and Russia is multisided and is estimated as very efficient”, he said.
“To tell the truth, we are anxious with the fact that in connection with this situation public opinion is not in Russia’s favor. Unfortunately, the public opinion can play its role in a long – term perspective. We are really anxious with it”, stressed RA President’s press secretary.
