Vache Terterian, deputy minister of territorial management, informed that the European Commission has allocated 1,6 mln euro for the development of Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions.
Terterian said that the investments in these regions will be of institutional character, i.e. they will be allocated for winemaking associations, for the construction of contemporary laboratories.
It’s worth mentioning that another program was elaborated for development of Tavush and Gegharquinq regions. The programs in these regions will be implemented already in early 2006.
