YEREVAN, DECEMBER 14. ARMINFO. In the coming seven years the Electric Networks of Armenia will replace all electric meters by electronic ones, says ENA Director GEneral Yevgeny Gladunchik.
More and more people have lately expressed wish to have bi-tariff electronic meters installed in their homes – some 7,500 people in two months.
Deputy Director General for Sales Ashot Tokhunts says that in Sept the company started installing meters through commercial banks with subscribers paying only 5,900 AMD as interest to get meters within 20 days. The meters remain the company’s property.
