Immediately after the sitting of the North Anlantic Council in Brussels the regular annual meeting of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the European Atlantic Cooperation was held. Minister Oskanian also took part in it.
NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer presented the minister the development processes that followed the Istanbul summit.
Then the ministers discussed the role of the partnership values within the European Atlantic Cooperation.
