YEREVAN, December 3 (RIA Novosti, Gamlet Matevosyan) – The Russian and Armenian academies of sciences signed a cooperation agreement, Nikolai Plate, the vice president of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said Saturday.
“We have been cooperating for many years, and the agreement just confirms the constant interest in mutual enrichment and information exchange, as well as in joint work,” Plate told journalists after the signing ceremony.
Plate said the agreement envisioned cooperation in chemistry, biology, mathematics, earth science and physics, a total of 67 joint scientific projects.
