Yerevan, November 17. /Arka/. The Armenian Government will welcome the Intel Company in Armenia, RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan said during his meeting with leadership of Intel Company in Tunis; press-service of the RA Government reported ARKA News Agency. The sides discussed possibility of opening of educational and training centers for specialists of the field, as well as realization with the company of educational programs and certain projects related to software.
Margaryan gave importance to development and application of Wi-Fi and WiMax technologies in Armenia. He also proposed to discuss the possibility of implementation of pilot programs for application of these technologies in Armenia, which can promote accessibility of Internet in Armenia’s regions.
The sides agreed to discuss details during the next meeting in Armenia.
