YEREVAN (YERKIR) – “We are close to the settlement of the Karabakh conflict. If the stability in Azerbaijan shatters, the resolution of the Karabakh conflict will be postponed. It will be a pity, taking into consideration that we are so close to the resolution of the conflict,” OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister Slovenia Dmitri Rupel wrote in his article publised in The Wall Street Journal.”
“I’m anxious that some forces in Azerbaijan will prefer force to stability to reach their own selfish aims. The international community should provide for transparency between opposition and government, as well as transparency within the government. I find that during coming days and weeks the dispute would get simpler due to the involvement of a third party,” Dmitri Rupel stated.
