COUNCIL OF EUROPE OFFICIAL ARRIVES IN YEREVAN

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 4, ARMENPRESS: Giovanni Stazi, the president of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, has arrived today in Armenia for a three day visit.
Upon his arrival he was scheduled to meet with Armenian territorial minister Hovik Abrahamian, prime minister Andranik Margarian, Yerevan mayor Yervand Zakharian and parliament chairman Arthur Baghdasarian. Tomorrow he will be received by president Kocharian and foreign minister Vartan Oskanian.-
