STEPANAKERT, MAY 13. ARMINFO. Due to joint operative and search measures of the Service of National Security and Police of NKR, an NKR citizen suspected in espionage in favor of Azerbaijan has been arrested. (The suspect is not named within the interests of the investigation).
Referring to the NKR Service of National Security, ARMINFO’s special correspondent to Stepanakert reports that the arrest was in a confidential contact with the special services of Azerbaijan, regularly providing them information of state secrecy. Prosecutor General’s office of NKR initiated a criminal case on Article 299 of NKR CC providing for 10-15 years of imprisonement.
