YEREVAN, MARCH 18. ARMINFO. Yerevan Brandy Company protected with success in Russia its rights for trade marks belong to YBC, ARMINFO was informed in the press office of YBC.
According to the resource, Yerevan Brandy Company – producer of Armenian brandy Ararat, which is a leader in the Russian market, completed with success in the Arbitral Court of Rostov region the trial between two Russian companies. To remind, the belonging and fame of the trade marks of the YBC was confirmed more than once during the last three years by the highest instances of Moscow, as well as by Rospatent. Yerevan Brandy Company intends to protect the rights for its trade marks and guarantee the right to Russian consumers to purchase product made in accordance with the standards of quality recognized all over the world, the resource said.
