YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 10. ARMINFO. Feb 16 Russia’s FM Sergey Lavrov is to pay a two-day official visit to Armenia.
The visit is to continue the intensive potilical dialogue between Russia and Armenia and to deepen FM and other cooperation between the states.
Lavrov is to meet with Armenia’s top officials to discuss with them a wide range of issues concerning the agenda and the prospects of Armenian-Russian strategic partnership including cooperation in olitics, trade, economy, science, education and culture. The sides will also discuss Armenian-Russian cooperation in international organizations as well as the CIS activities and reforms. Special attention will be paid to the current stage of the Karabakh peace process as well as to the efforts to raise confidence and to establish cooperation in the South Caucasus.
Also discussed will be the details of this year’s visit of Russian Presinent Vladimir Putin to Armenia.
