YEREVAN, JANUARY 28. ARMINFO. Today, Armenian celebrates Army Day. On the occasion of the Anniversary of formation of the country’s Armed Forces Robert Kocharyan signed decrees on January 25 hereby awarding a number of militaries with orders, medals and conferring military titles on them. The awarding ceremony will take place at the Defense Ministry. The same day, a solemn session will be convened in the building of the state Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after A.Spendiarov. On this occasion, January 28 is announced day off.
Armenian President Robert Kocharyan and Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan congratulated the Armenian people and the militaries on the Day of Army.
