COURT HEARINGS ON MURDER OF AN ARMENIAN OFFICER IN HUNGARY TO RESUME ON NOVEMBER 23

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 8. ARMINFO. The court hearings on the case of Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian murdered in Hungary will resume on November 23, Nazeli Vardanian, the lawyer defending the interests of the legal followers of the murdered officer told Arminfo.

In her words, she was informed about it by the Hungarian lawyer Gabriella Kaspar who also protects the interests of the Armenian side. “Although we should have been informed about the resumption of court hearings a month before, no official information was received as of yet,” Vardanian said.

To remind, Ramil Safarov, an Azeri officer murdered an Armenian officer Gurgen Margarian on November 19 of the running year in Budapest. Both officers were enrolled in an English language course in Hungary. Safarov is charged on article 116.2 of Criminal Code of Hungary expecting 10-15 years or life imprisonment.
