November 5 the funeral of St. Grigor Enlightener Armenian church in Vladikavkaz, deacon Zorik Abeshian was held in Musaler village of Armavir region of Armenia. It should be reminded that the deacon disappeared October 10 on his way to the church. After that Vladikavkaz law-enforcers discovered his dismembered body near Vladikavkaz-Alagir highway. Thereupon, Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II has sent the family of the victim a message of condolence, condemning the crime committed. “With revolt we condemn the horrible crime, hoping for the criminals to be discovered and convicted in compliance with the whole austerity of the law,” the letter says.
