YEREVAN, AUGUST 12. ARMINFO. A festival of children-and-youth theatrical art “Nran Hatik” (“Pomegranate Kernel”) will be held in Armenia on August 14-23 with participation of 19 theatrical groups.
Speaking at a press-conference today, the members of the organizational committee said that the forth in succession festival will be held within the framework of the First All Armenian Festival “A Singe Nation. A Single Culture.” Theatrical groups from Armenian regions, Georgia and Karabakh will arrive to participate in the festival “Nran Hatik.” Within the framework of the festival, events dedicated to the 2000th anniversary of the Armenian Theatre, to the Day of Grapes Blessing will be held as well as a photo-exhibition “On Western Armenia.” 280 participants of the festival will get an opportunity to visit the sights in Armenia. Children groups will perform at the State puppet theatre after H.Tumanyan, at the State Theatre of the town of Artashat and at the studio of “Metro” Theatre in Yerevan. The closing ceremony of the festival and awarding of the Prizes “Nran Hatik” will take place on August 22.
