YEREVAN, JULY 27. ARMINFO. A final concert of the second stage of Concerts in the Open Air will be held at the architectural complex Cascade in Yerevan at 21:00 today. The organizer is the Fund of Gafeschyan Museum. The concert will be held a chamber singer Anna Mailyan, popular in Armenia and outside it, accompanied with an Ensemble of Spiritual and Traditional Music “Masters.”
Talking to ARMINFO, the singer said that it is her first concert in the open air. She said that the cycle of concerts allows the public to get first hand view of the broad colors of high level music. It should be noted that a jazz group from Great Britain Soweto Kinch, the State Chamber Orchestra of Armenia, the State Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus “Hover” have recently held a concert at the Cascade.
After a month rest in August, the concerts will be resumed in September, the last concert of the third stage will be timed to Day of Armenia’s independence on Sept 21.-
